Our hardy laying hens thrive out on the open pasture. They are not bothered by the elements and get much of their food by scratching and foraging. This rich diet gives their eggs a golden, orange yolk and a flavor that is beyond description!

The Cornish Cross double-breasted chicken is known for their wonderful meaty finish. But these chickens are not as hardy as our laying hens or the turkeys. So we use Free-Ranged methods which give plenty of room to exercise, yet adequate protection from excess heat and cold. |
