Good pork is hard to find. We're not only talking about flavor, but how it was raised. We are pleased to introduce you to Lou and Debbie Hesse and their 24 year old son, Ben. In the summer of 2006 they became a member of our Producer Alliance and a partner with us. They now provide Thundering Hooves with sustainably raised, natural pork - No hormones, no antibiotics, a purely vegetarian feed, and no concrete floors. We are very impressed with the results! We have a variety of fresh sausage. Remember, fresh sausage means that it needs to be fully cooked by you before you eat it. (Some of our sausage may not always be available. Check back periodically for availability.) Some of our sausage recipes call for a pork / beef mixture. You can be assured that we only use our own, 100% Pasture Finished ground beef.
